What Is The Financial Summary? |

The "Financial Summary" contains confidential information the agent, seller or landlord may not want you to see without first contacting them - usually by phone or email. It includes rental and expense data, terms of any owner financing offered, selling commissions payable to a buyer or tenant agent, exchange terms, and/or other details about the listing. Posting information in the financial summary is optional. Sellers, landlords, or agents may freely list this information if they choose. If these fields are "blank", either the listing party has chosen not to provide the information or, they require you to contact them to access this otherwise confidential information. If financial information is not displayed, simply: [1] email or call the listing party and provide the PLS number, [2] obtain the "viewpass" then, [3] "click" the property type link below and enter the PLS Number and "viewpass" to view the financial summary. To view the
financial summary for a property, select from the property
type below and enter the PLS number and viewpass. |
