The Public Listing Service will display all types of residential and commercial properties offered for sale, lease, auction, exchange, or foreclosure. 

• All listings can be viewed however, not all information about a listing may be displayed. The level of information that can be viewed will vary by property type and/or the desire of the seller or party entering the information.

• To access confidential information about a listing, you may be required to contact the owner or real estate agent (by email) and provide your name and contact information.  You will then receive a password to view such information as rent roll, expenses, terms of any owner financing offered, commission structure, selling incentives, etc.

• If you would like to arrange an appointment to view a property for sale or rent and you are not represented by an agent, you may be requested to provide proper identification.

• If you are interested in making an offer on a property and you are not represented by an agent, you may be requested by the owner to provide a statement of loan pre-qualification from an identifiable lender.
