Group pricing will depend upon the number of total participants and
service level requested. PropEx.com
offers three levels of group participation:

A
proprietary service licensed exclusively to a local group, board, or
organization (with company branding);
-
A
quasi-private service that: [1] allows each member firm or individual the option to
keep certain listings proprietary within the group and, [2] the option to publicly
display other listings depending upon client interest
and/or preference;
-
Unrestricted listings
posted in the Public Listing Service™ (PLS) for one low monthly fee or,
individual pricing depending upon the size/number of group.
(This option displays all listings to the public although the listing
party may opt to concealed from public view certain information). This
method requires a viewer (potential prospect) to contact the agent/individual
directly to access confidential information such as the terms of
any owner financing or exchange offered, income & expense
information, commissions, etc.
