Propex  Public Listing Service vs. For Sale By Owner Services

• Why list your property on other web sites that charge $200 and more when buyers can't even find your listing?  Most For Sale By Owner websites offer limited search functionality requiring buyers and tenants instead to view pages and pages of ad copy. They also tend to oversimplify the complexities of marketing real estate and provide no tools to assist you in the closing transaction.

• Most For Sale By Owner websites do not post rentals nor can they accommodate complex commercial listings.

• So you buy ad space in a FSBO magazine...do you know how many copies are distributed or where they distribute those copies? 5,000 to 10,000 copy distribution over a 5 or 6 county area is not very broad coverage.
